Events
We believe it’s essential to participate in various exhibitions or events to connect with a wider audience. These events provide us with a valuable opportunity to showcase our work, services, products, and new ideas, while also engaging in open discussions with visitors.
So far, we have participated in a wide range of exhibitions covering various topics, such as the EXPO organized by MCCI in 2003-04, Constro focused on construction technology in 2005, KISAN agriculture exhibition during in 2004, 2005, 2015, 2018, 2019, and the KV Eco Bazaar highlighting eco-friendly products and services.
Additionally, our team has showcased the work through lectures, case studies, interviews, and presentations at various platforms, conferences, and meetings.
Recently, we curated a "Wild Seeds Display" featuring a variety of native plant seeds in different forms and types. This display was well-received by visitors in various events and has proven to be an effective tool for raising awareness.

The Ecological Restoration Alliance hosted a conference on Restoration in Panchgani. We showcased our collection of 'Wild Seeds' at the event, providing participants with insights into native plants, seeds, and propagation techniques.

Wild Seeds Display at 'Seed Stories', FC college by Goethe-Institut, August 2024
Our native nursery relies entirely on the collection of suitable wild seeds from various regions. This collection includes around 200 varieties, which were showcased at the 'Seed Stories' exhibition.

Rahal in Different Seasons, 2023 and 2024
Rahal is an initiative aimed at developing a private sanctuary based on eco-restoration principles, in collaboration with the Adhiwas Foundation. We organize regular visits to Rahal for those interested in learning about the efforts, techniques, and results, as well as gaining insights into the landscape. Balshikshan Parishad, November 2023
The Balshikshan Parishad is held annually in various towns and cities. Our team shared insights from the eco-education field and discussed Nisargshala with over 700 teachers from across Maharashtra who attended the conference.

Nisarg Shala Book Release, September 2022
Nisarg Shala, a set of three books developed as a manual in Marathi language in 2015-16, was published as a paperback book on 18th September 2022 in collaboration with Diamond Publications. The set was launched by Shri Vivek Sawant, President of MKCL, and Shri Atul Kulkarni, the well-known actor. The manual set is available for purchase, click here to order !

KISAN 2018 and 2019
We participated in KISAN 2018 (12th to 16th December) and KISAN 2019 (11th to 15th December), engaging with farmers to promote conservation at the village level. Our aim was to introduce two key concepts: first, to create an ‘ecologically appropriate land use’ plan for the village, focusing on the conservation of essential natural resources such as soil, water (including groundwater), and biodiversity; and second, to establish a ‘Biodiversity Park’ on the village common land to preserve native species as a gene pool. Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival, Eco Bazaar 2016 and 2017
We participated in the Eco Bazaar 2016 & 2017, a unique initiative of the Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival to promote eco-products and services. At the event, we showcased the ecological restoration and conservation services we offer, along with a display of some of our successful projects.

VEDH, Nashik - 2014, Thane - 2015, Aurangabad - 2016
Our team was interviewed at VEDH in Nashik (2014), Thane (2015), and Aurangabad (2016), where we discussed our work in ecological conservation on lands. VEDH is a career perspective conference that IPH has been organizing since 1991.

An effort to connect people with nature, the team presents various poems that celebrate plants and the natural world. The first such program was held in 2010 and has since been repeated intermittently on various platforms.

Pune Tree Fest, September 2010
An exhibition was organized in collaboration with the Pune Tree Watch Group and Pune Tree Authority to showcase native species of the Pune region and raise awareness about the importance of using native species in all plantation-related activities.

Yashada Exhibition, 2006
We participated in the exhibition at Yashada, Pune, to showcase various plants along with brief information about each. It also provided an opportunity to connect with visitors and present our services in the conservation domain.

Sakal Arogya 2005 and 2007
We participated Arogya 2007 organized by SAKAL group with the theme ‘Backyard Medicinal Plants’ – ‘अंगणातील दवाखाना’. We displayed a range of native medicinal plants that can be grown in backyard and which our grandmothers would use in home remedy to cure minor illness. Another theme was around 'Nakshatra' plants that attracted commoners to native species that are useful in various ways.

KISAN 2005
We participated in KISAN 2005 to promote native plants. We also tried to convey concept of native plantations on field bunds for marginal farm land owners so as to get some additional benefit from the farm.

KISAN 2004
The first-ever exhibition focused on wild indigenous plants for the general public took place at KISAN 2004. It featured a display of native plants representing the six bio-geographic regions of Maharashtra, along with the sale of saplings. Each section showcased representative species and regional maps for areas such as Sahyadri, Konkan, Deccan, Marathwada, Khandesh, and Vidarbha. Over 10,000 people visited the exhibition, interacted with the team on various aspects of plants and plantations, and purchased saplings for their own lands.

EXPO, 2003
Soon after the formation of our consultancy, this was our first effort to connect with urban landowners purchasing land in the countryside, showcasing our services and how they can be applied to their land during development work.
